Everything from booking the apt, the facility, to the massage was absolutely wonderful. Candy was very professional and really cared about what I was looking for during my appointment. I came to her for a deep tissue massage with cupping therapy and it was amazing! This was my first time having cupping therapy done and wow, the release of tightness I got in my back, quads and hamstring was increasable. Candy is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about making sure you have a great experience. I made sure to book another appointment with her before I left and can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend giving Candy a call if you are looking for a customized massage to fit your body.

Candy really takes the time to understand my massage needs. As I get older, working out and running can sometimes make my muscles sore and stiff. Candy concentrates on my worst pain and somehow works out the pain and knots! I have never left there without feeling complete soreness relief!

Candy is an absolute miracle worker. I have neck tension and TMJ, and a visit with her offers immediate relief. Not only does she provide a serene, peaceful environment with personalized care, she takes the time to explain what and why she is doing, and show you how you can continue to find relaxation and pain alleviation between sessions. I have tried many massage places in Charlotte, but Candy provides the best, most consistent treatment. She is my go-to, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

A few weeks after being in a car accident, I received cranial sacral therapy from Candy. She helped relieve some stiffness in my neck and tightness in my trapezius. She attentively listened to my concerns and strived to address them effectively. Her work environment is very clean and neat. Skill and professionalism are top qualities Candy exhibits. She takes the time to coordinate a plan to provide you with the best use of time for what your body is begging for, a flippin awesome massage!! While receiving a glorious, thoughtful and generous massage, the soothing ambient sounds gently meld with the soft scents she applies next to your pillow to relax you as your body melts on her heated table. I was having a lot of pain in my right shoulder, which is what led me to Candy at Massage and Bodywork. Candy took the time to ask me questions and really understand my pain. She is incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable. She offers an environment that is very clean and soothing. But, the best part is that after two visits, my pain is gone. I’ll continue seeing her, but more for maintenance.
Several months ago my doctor advised that I try massage therapy for muscle spasms in the lower back and legs. I’ve been to the national chains and have always felt they are more interested in memberships than customer care. I suppose if you just want a rubdown, the chain store is the place to go. On my first visit I filled out the patient history form and we talked about the treatment that would best address my muscle spasms. Then she went to work. After just one session I felt great. I have been coming back every week, when I’m not traveling for work.
I can say my condition has improved dramatically. I have learned to trust Candy and view her as a true Pro. So, if you are new to massage or an experience veteran, you can’t find a better massage therapist. No pressure, no gimmicks, no contracts, no rush, just good service.

For a while my jaw would make an awful popping noise every time I opened my mouth and after I got my wisdom teeth removed, it had locked in an almost closed position for about 3 months. I started going to massage therapy with Ms. Candy Benish once a week and in 5 weeks my jaw had unlocked and I began to gain a full range of motion of it. Not only am I grateful for her work but her sweet and gentle attitude was helpful as well. When she is treating you, she really treats you like family and it never feels like just an appointment. The atmosphere she provides is perfect when trying to relax, too because she uses aroma therapy of your choice, dimmed lights, and she has a very relaxing tone to her voice. I wish I could give her more stars than the limit of 5! Her prices are really reasonable and she is so understanding when it comes to scheduling times for your appointment. Again Candy is amazing and I want to thank her a million times for fixing my really uncomfortable and painful problem.
